T2722 is a tasting room in Calgary, operated by T2722 Luxury Barista Experience Inc., 1002 9 Ave SE, Calgary AB T2G 2H5. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, where it goes, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
When you reserve, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone, party size, any dietary needs, and your notes. When you send an event inquiry, we collect the details of that inquiry. Payment is handled entirely by Square; your card number goes straight to Square and never touches or gets stored on this site. We also remember your language and cookie choices, and measure traffic as described on the Cookies page. We collect nothing else, and nothing from you if you only browse.
To take, confirm, and charge your reservation under the cancellation policy shown when you book; to process any refund that policy provides; to reach you about your visit; to answer your event inquiries; and, only with your consent, to understand how guests find us so we can improve the experience. We do not use your information for advertising, and we never sell it.
Only the service providers that run T2722: Square (payments, the reservation calendar, and your guest profile), Resend (delivers event-inquiry emails to us), Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics), and Google Analytics (traffic, only with your consent). Each receives only what its job needs, under its own safeguards. These providers store data on their own servers, which may be located outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to local law. We never sell or rent your information, and no one else receives it unless the law requires.
Reservation and payment records are kept for as long as we need them to operate and to meet legal and tax obligations, then deleted. Event-inquiry emails are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable time after. Analytics data follows the durations on the Cookies page. You may ask us to delete your information sooner; we will, except what the law requires us to keep.
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent anytime from the Cookie settings link in the footer. Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, Alberta's PIPA, and Quebec's Law 25 for Quebec residents) you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent for uses that rely on it. Write to us and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta, or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. A meaningful change will be visible here before it takes effect.
